Print Your Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a complimentary, fully insured FedEx shipping label via email for a secure transit back to our studio.
Package Your Jewelry
Place your diamond jewelry in its original packaging, including the diamond certificate and any gift boxes, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our gemologists will inspect the piece upon arrival to verify its condition; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
